Sherry Green-Dixon, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 12 years of experience and CPR certification, offers safe, professional care in the comfort of your home. Whether you need a break, have a child recovering from illness, or an elderly loved one needing supervision, you can count on experienced, compassionate support. Wound care, diabetes monitoring, vitals, and medication reminders available. Care sessions are booked in 3-hour blocks at a flat rate of $50–$100, depending on level of need. Serving Granite City, Madison, Pontoon Beach Belleville, Cahokia, Collinsville, Edwardsville, and surrounding areas. Same-day bookings are welcome. Price Based on Level of Care 🔹 Low Supervised Care – $50 Light monitoring and companionship for independent children or seniors. Includes general safety checks, light assistance, quiet activities, and emotional support. No hands-on medical care. 🔹 Moderate Supervised Care – $50 This level of care includes attentive, nurse-backed supervision with added medical support. It’s ideal for children or seniors who require a little more than companionship but do not need full hands-on medical care. 🔹 High Supervised Care – $100 Advanced care for those with medical needs. Includes medication reminders, vitals, diabetes/wound care, and illness/special needs support. Ideal for medically vulnerable children and seniors.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. No refunds will be given for cancellations. As your provider is currently pregnant, in the rare event of a pregnancy-related emergency, your appointment may be rescheduled at no extra charge. We kindly ask that you provide at least 6 hours' notice if you need to reschedule for any other reason. Pet Policy For health and safety reasons, cats are not allowed due to medical sensitivities. Small dogs are welcome, but they must be calm, non-aggressive, and securely contained during the visit to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
